Avoiding stumbling blocks
Introducing internal coaching in thirteen countries at innogy SE (implementation process, see also here >)
while taking into account the respective national cultures was the personal highlight of my work in the large corporation.
Board members and executives, acting as role models, repeatedly encouraged us to live up to our true potential. They trusted us and were always there to support and encourage us. We shared a vision: to make internal coaching as acceptable as external coaching as part of personal, leadership and organisational development.
During that time, we all went through a learning experience together and helped each other to avoid stumbling blocks.
My working languages are German and English.
