The current collective crises and problems in the world are making it very clear to us that the old concepts of leadership, the way we work with each other and the design of work processes no longer fit the constantly changing framework conditions. These are increasingly reaching their limits.
Dealing with the unknown is a fundamental skill: as entrepreneurs and managers, you are required to constantly evolve, to adapt to the flow of constantly changing circumstances without losing focus. A combination of openness, flexibility, courage, systemic perspective, creativity, speed, slowness, silence, simplicity, pragmatism and agility are important qualities for getting through stormy times.
