In creative business coaching, I use a combination of virtual coaching, face-to-face coaching and, if desired, integral nature coaching to open up spaces for you as an entrepreneur and manager. These spaces, which include personal power spots in nature such as rivers, forests and mountains, allow you to explore your coaching goal from a different perspective.

Pure Business Coaching works with a predominantly strategic, statistically based, business-oriented focus, in which I work with you on the topics of corporate management, employee management, decision-making, sparring, conflict management and challenges. The focus is primarily on the business, not on the person behind it.
Especially in these turbulent times, I believe that Creative Business Coaching is a guarantee of success for entrepreneurial survival: It's not just about aligning the business model, but also about your inner alignment as an entrepreneur or manager yourself.

In Integral Nature Coaching, I offer a combination of different methods tailored to the individual coaching objectives:
work in a meeting room for sensitive topics that require protection
breathing exercises
body-based coaching
silent sequences, yoga, guided meditation to ground you after intensive working together
encounter with the topic in nature, e.g. in the forest, by the river, by the sea
Consolidation of the new direction in nature (e.g. driving up a mountain and hiking together into the valley, always with the new direction in mind!
Nature offers us a connection to the earth, foresight and clarity that we often do not have in other places. Access to nature enables us to reconnect with our own inner nature, our essence, who we really are. It opens up a broader perspective that we often do not have in the hustle and bustle of our (professional) everyday lives.
Working together in nature has a reinforcing effect on the integration and implementation of personal coaching goals in everyday life.
Meanwhile, it has been scientifically proven that the ‘green power’ already described by Hildegard von Bingen has a positive effect on us humans. I would like to open up this powerful effect to the people I work with!
