The current collective and private crises and problems are making it very clear to us that the old concepts of how we humans live, work and connect with each other no longer match constantly changing conditions and these are increasingly reaching their limits. Dealing with the unknown is a fundamental skill: we are all called upon to meander, to adapt to the flow of constantly changing circumstances without losing focus. A combination of openness, flexibility, courage, systemic perspective, creativity, speed, slowness, stillness, simplicity, pragmatism and agility are important qualities for getting through turbulent times.
