„Life is not about finding yourself,
it's about creating yourself!“

George Bernard Shaw

Transformation support on the topic Think big! - Unifying the seemingly irreconcilable and dealing with the unknown

I make people and organisations great!

With my highly developed sensitivity for systemic organisational patterns and manifested, often hidden organisational beliefs and systems, I can quickly identify and name imbalances and development potential in the areas of leadership, culture and processes that hinder business success and corporate development.
I provide you with impulses on which topics it makes sense to work on in order to increase business performance and output.

In addition, as a creative business coach, I support you as an entrepreneur and manager in your individual transformation process towards self-determination, self-efficacy, ease and joy!

Neuroscience and neuroplasticity are an integral part of my work. I am inspired by the books of the renowned German neurobiologist and brain researcher Dr Gerald Hüther.

It is important to me to empower people to discover their full potential and thus integrate their personal transformation well and effectively into their (professional) lives.

Executive counselling and coaching, peer coaching and peer supervision, as well as keynote speeches round off my profile.

Beatrice Mayer-Tups

Short biography

Beatrice Mayer-Tups, independent coach and transformation consultant, founder Creative Business Coaching, Essen. International Head of Coaching Community & Senior Manager Executive & Learning Development, innogy SE, Essen. Since 1990, mainly involved in senior management development. Business coach, coach for agile leadership, systemic consultant, trainer, moderator. Further education in organisational development at the University of Essen. Member of the organisational laboratory of the Chair of Organisational Development and Psychology at the University of Essen/Duisburg and the Institute for Systemic Consulting ISB Wiesloch.

"Beatrice connects primarily as a fellow human being and at the same time works on the level of cognition, emotions and beliefs, which leads to lasting positive results for her coachees. She focuses on changing behaviours in the here and now. Her unique competence is to offer tailored interventions that are also timely for the individual situation. Beatrice works differently from other coaches and consultants and excels at tackling challenging, multidimensional, complex organisational and individual development issues that limit effectiveness! She quickly recognises systemic patterns and organisational beliefs and has the ability to make a positive, performance-enhancing contribution to organisational development. Beatrice's support is challenging, profound, provocatively confrontational and, where appropriate, also characterised by humour. Development can be fun!"
